My labyrinth is located at the back of our property. To enter the labyrinth I turn left at the Buddha and walk clockwise until I get to the center. With each step I take, my thoughts became clearer.
Today on my walk, I thought of the legacy I want to leave. So often, I think about what I’m going to say when I’m doing a presentation and not why I’m saying it. I thought of this quote:
“We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give.”
Winston Churchill
So here is where my legacy work starts! My friend and colleague Barbara Brooks Kimmel is CEO of Trust Across America – Trust Around the World, and she has created a calendar to share with others. The calendar has been created to assist leaders in elevating team trust. Every month will showcase a principle or behavior and team discussion questions. I’m excited to be part of the TRUST ACTION PROJECT. Click here to get your free calendar.
All of us are focused on helping you bring more trust in this New Year. If you are on the East Coast of Canada, you can talk to my colleague Natalie Doyle Oldfield. Natalie can help you build customer loyalty and trust.
Talk to Barbara Brooks Kimmel at Trust Across America or David Belden of IExecuvision in the US, to do training and development. Depending on where you live in the US, you can also contact Charles Green.
This year I’ll be doing everything I can to help you build trust. Call me (1-484-674-5754), and if I’m not the right person, I’ll direct you to someone who can help you. Together we can make a difference.
